Please review our payment and return policies outlined below.
1. Chocolates are shipped on consignment and full payment is due within 30 days of the delivery.
2. Overdue accounts are subject to 2% per month on unpaid balances.
3. Free goods are shipped with the order at no charge. However, in the case of returns, free goods will be pro-rated based on total amount of product sold.
4. You may return any full, unopened cases of 96 within 30 days at your own risk and expense.
5. No returns will be accepted after 30 days, no exceptions.
6. There will be a 10% re-stocking charge on all returned personalized cases.
7. All returns must be shipped pre-paid to our warehouse located at: 36-585 Wentworth St. East, Oshawa, ON, L1H 3V8. Please return a copy of your invoice with your payment.
